Justin Ling is the CEO and Cofounder of EquitySim, a program that helps eliminate bias from the job hiring process by using analytics to focus on skill sets, personality and cultural fit. In total, Ling works with 220 universities and connects 120,000 students with 300 companies.

In addition, Ling was in Batch 20 of 500 Startups and is a 2016 Silicon Dragon Award winner and recognized as a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree for education.

Ling graduated from Simon Fraser University.
