Justin “The Big Pygmy” Wren

Founder of Fight For The Forgotten, Professional Athlete & Author

Justin “The Big Pygmy” Wren has inspired millions from his appearances on the Joe Rogan Experience, Ed Mylett Show, ESPN, Sports Illustrated, NBC, CBS, and his TEDx Talks.

Following a six year battle with addiction and depression early in his UFC career, Wren stepped away from MMA to seek out purpose and passion for his life. What he found was a forgotten tribe of Mbuti Pygmies deep in the jungles of the Congo, beaten down by economic enslavement, disease, and hopelessness.

Today, Fight For The Forgotten brought the Pygmies 43 acres of land, 32 two-bedroom homes, clean water, agricultural tools and seeds for farming. In the near future, they will bring a health clinic, pharmacies, a market and education to the Batwa Pygmies of Uganda.

Because of Wren’s own life experience, in 2019 he felt a deep burden for youth struggling with depression and bullying. Wren responded with several anti-bullying and character development curriculum designed to help public schools, ministries, athletic programs build compassionate kids.

Wren’s book "Fight For The Forgotten: How a Mixed Martial Artist Stopped Fighting For Himself and Started Fighting For Others" - is a personal memoir with a bigger message about a quest, justice, and the amazing things that can happen when we relinquish our lives through faith.

Wren’s presentations are moving, inspirational, and powerful. Those who attend Wren’s keynotes will feel empowered to lead their lives with love and faith. Who are you Fighting for? Why are you Fighting? What sacrifices will you make in order to achieve your dreams?
