With more than 5.7 million subscribers and nearly 1 billion video on her YouTube channel, Justine is one of the most-subscribed female personalities on the video sharing platform. Justine has more than 1.7 million Twitter followers and 1.5 million followers on Instagram.

She gained popularity when she went viral after uploading a video of a 300-page iPhone bill. When Justine first started her channel, the videos she posted mostly consisted of comedy sketches and parodies. As of March 2019, the most popular video on her channel is a parody of the song "I Gotta Feeling" by The Black Eyed Peas. Now, most of the content on her YouTube channel is tech-based. She often posts reviews of new phones, especially Samsung and Apple phones, as well as unboxing videos for other new gadgets, like cameras, laptops, tablets and more.

She was named the most influential person online by Fast Company and in 2012 was ranked No. 6 most influential personality by The Daily Beasts Digital Power Index. Her online popularity has led to brand ambassador deals with Mattel, Nikon, Ford, GE, Carls Jr., Gillette, Taco Bell, Doritos, Skittles, Sharpie, Microsoft and more.

In 2012, Ezarik appeared in the international campaign for Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 and hosted the video game franchises 2012 Friday Night Fights and 2013 championship series. She voices the character Passion Fruit on the web series-turned-Cartoon Network show "The Annoying Orange." Her other television appearances include hosting on Spike/GTTV, E! News and NBC and acting stints on "The Vampire Diaries," "Law & Order" and "Criminal Minds."

She was also named one of the top 10 Top Tech/Business Influencers by Forbes for 2017.
