Kadidja Dosso is the founder and CEO of Dosso Beauty, an organic beauty company specializing in hypoallergenic hair extensions and haircare products tailored for individuals with sensitive scalps and skin.

Born and raised in West Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Dosso's passion for hair care was nurtured from a young age through braiding lessons with her mother and late grandmother. She further honed her skills as a dorm stylist during her time at Hampton University, where she earned a degree in Business Administration. After relocating to New York City to begin her career as a management consultant, Dosso identified a gap in the market for beauty products catering to people of color with sensitive skin. This realization led her to establish Dosso Beauty in 2018.

Under her leadership, the company has grown to offer a diverse range of products, including lightweight, pre-stretched, and itch-free braiding hair, which has gained international recognition. Her entrepreneurial achievements have been acknowledged by Forbes, which included her in their 30 Under 30 list. Dosso was also a recipient of the Black Ambition Prize HBCU Award.

Beyond product development, Dosso offers business consulting services, leveraging her corporate management consulting experience to assist other businesses in reaching their full potential.
