Kalyn Romaine is an organizational psychologist, executive coach, philanthropist, and former corporate executive who has been leading People, Culture, and Inclusion (PCI) change for over 15 years at startups, nonprofits, Fortune 100 companies, and the nation’s largest city governments. She has transformed organizations like Amazon, The Walt Disney Company, Verizon, and Zapier, among others. Romaine is the founder and CEO of Dream Forward Consulting.

Her wide experience across industries and regions helps her cross-pollinate the best practices and research in Organizational Development, HR, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI). Her creative approach includes designing new frameworks and customizing solutions for clients who are tired of staying neutral.

Romaine is Detroit-grown, Chicago-sharpened, and New York City-polished. Every move has helped her be more of her most authentic self, and she shares the wisdom and insights of her journey through Dream Forward Consulting. As an extension of her work with Dream Forward Consulting, Romaine authored "Evolution to Equity" and serves her community through mentorship and angel investing.
