Kane Brown
Award-Winning Country Singer-Songwriter; Known for "Heaven," "Good as You" & "Used to Love You Sober"
Kane Brown, an American country music singer and songwriter, first emerged in the music scene through social media. His debut EP, "Closer," was released in June 2015, followed by the popular single "Used to Love You Sober" in October of the same year. By 2016, Brown had signed with RCA Nashville, culminating in the release of his self-titled debut studio album in December, which included the hit single "What Ifs" featuring Lauren Alaina. Gaining momentum, Brown became the first artist to simultaneously top all five main Billboard country charts in October 2017.
Brown continued to make strides in the music industry with his second album, "Experiment," released in November 2018 and reaching number one on the Billboard 200. His musical journey includes a performance at Fenway Park in 2024 and the launch of his own label, 1021 Entertainment, in association with Sony Nashville in 2021. His discography expanded with "Mixtape, Vol. 1" in 2020, featuring singles "Cool Again," "Worldwide Beautiful," and "Be Like That," followed by the albums "Different Man" in 2022, and "The High Road," scheduled for release in January 2025.
Brown's contributions to the music industry have been recognized with several awards and nominations. He won the American Music Awards for Favorite Country Male Artist in 2018 and 2020, and for Favorite Country Album and Favorite Country Song for "Heaven" in 2018. Additionally, his song "What Ifs," a collaboration with Lauren Alaina, won the Collaborative Video of the Year at the CMT Music Awards in 2018. Beyond his music career, Brown's presence in the media includes appearances on television shows such as "Ridiculousness" in 2019, as a battle advisor on "The Voice" during Season 19, and in an episode of "Fire Country" in 2023.
