Kara Wang is a bilingual and bicultural Chinese American actress who returned to Los Angeles after 5 years of working in Asia. She can currently be seen recurring on Freeform's Good Trouble and Amazon's Goliath. She will next be seen on the big screen in the highly anticipated sequel Top Gun: Maverick and as the lead in the Sony acquired independent feature The Calm Beyond.

Reading has always been a passionate hobby of Wang’s. She grew up in public libraries and they still remain one of her favorite places today. Wang is the book club moderator for Asian American Girl Club (AAGC), an apparel and lifestyle company set to redefine what it means to be a modern Asian American woman. She looks forward to continuing and facilitating much-needed conversations as a platform for AAPI voices and stories.
