Karen Boone was the President, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of Restoration Hardware, Inc., a home furnishings company, a position she held from May 2014 to November 2018. Boone previously served as Restoration Hardware’s Chief Financial Officer from June 2012 to May 2014. Prior to Restoration Hardware, Boone held various roles at Deloitte & Touche LLP, an accounting and consulting firm, from December 1996 to June 2012, and most recently served as an Audit Partner. Boone holds a B.S. in business economics from the University of California, Davis and is a Certified Public Accountant.
