Karen is Founder and President of CommuniBiz, Inc., a training and consulting company, and is co-owner of EventTures, a corporate event planning business. Karen is a board member for the Montana Chamber Foundation, and Past President of the Montana Association of Female Executives. She is also a member of the National Speakers Association, American Society for Training and Development, and is past Program Chair for the Northwest Speakers Association.
