Following her son Jake’s diagnosis with autism, Siff Exkorn was determined to relate her personal odyssey to her professional life and to bring her message of hope and possibility to others. As the keynote speaker at graduation for NYU’s Gallatin School of Individualized Studies, she spoke about the need for hope in the midst of changing priorities. She is a lecturer on autism at Columbia University’s graduate school of Psychology. In all of her management skills seminars, she continues to incorporate the wisdom and teach the lessons she learned through her experiences with Jake’s journey.

Since her son Jake's recovery from autism and the success of her best-selling book, The Autism Sourcebook, Siff Exkorn has transferred her skills as a public speaker from the corporate world to the world of autism. She is a keynote speaker at autism benefits and delivers motivational seminars and workshops at autism conferences worldwide.

Siff Exkorn received her B.A. in Psychology from Brown University and her M.A. in Performance Studies from NYU's Gallatin School of Individualized Studies, where she serves on the Dean’s Council.
