Kari Jobe

International Worship Leader & Christian Singer-Songwriter

Kari Jobe is an international worship leader and contemporary Christian music singer-songwriter.

Jobe, who is based in Dallas, Texas, released her debut studio album, the eponymous Kari Jobe, in February 2009. The album, a set of inspirational songs co-written with Chris Tomlin and Paul Baloche, among others, was an immediate success, reaching #3 on the Christian albums chart and charting on Billboard's Top 200, as well as netting her a pair of Gospel Music Association Dove Awards.

Her similarly inspiration sophomore release, 2012's Where I Find You, topped the Christian chart and earned her a Grammy nomination.

In 2017, Jobe released her third studio album, The Garden, a hopeful set conceived during a time of personal loss -- her sister, who was pregnant at the same time as Jobe, gave birth to a stillborn child seven and a half months into her pregnancy.

In 2018, Jobe and her husband, fellow CCM artist Cody Carnes, released the single "Cover the Earth." "Cover the Earth" hit #29 on the Hot Christian Songs Billboard chart.
