Karuna Rawal is currently President, Groupe Client Lead at Publicis Groupe charged with driving innovation, growth, and business/digital transformation across key Groupe clients by leveraging advertising, digital, activation, media, PR and production capabilities.

Previously, she was U.S. President and Chief Strategy Officer at Arc Worldwide, Publicis Groupe’s key Commerce Agency. Prior, she was EVP, Business Director & Global Planning Lead for Arc Worldwide and the architect of the "Shopper Back" philosophy which has driven significant revenue growth for the agency. She was the overall Business Lead of P&G North America for Arc leading shopper, digital and e-commerce across 20 brands including Tide, Olay, Pantene, and Crest.

Karuna is an award-winning strategist and marketing leader with an extensive track record in growing revenue and profit for diverse industries, including CPG, retail, non-profit and healthcare. She has diverse experience from P&G brand management to strategy consulting to advertising strategy development. Karuna is a proven motivator and team leader with exceptional strategic consulting, selling and communication skills. Karuna was the lead strategist on the wildly successful P&G Always #Like A Girl campaign, which won 14 Lions at Cannes Festival 2015. She has also been consistently recognized in “Who’s Who in Shopper Marketing”.

Prior to joining Arc, she managed her own consulting firm providing branding, strategy and innovation services to brands including Sunny Delight and Sara Lee Bakery, as well as in retail, education, and healthcare. Previously, Karuna spent over a decade in brand management at P&G working on brands such as Jif, Folgers, and Duncan Hines.
