Kate Eberle Walker is a business leader, inspiring author and public speaker, and working mom who has spent 20+ years managing, advising, and investing in education companies and organizations.

Walker is CEO & Chairwoman of PresenceLearning, the leading provider of special education teletherapy services for K-12 schools. A respected dealmaker and negotiator, she has led more than 100 acquisitions and investment in the education sector. She is the author of "The Good Boss: Nine Ways Every Manager Can Support Women at Work" (2021), which uses Walker's experience working her way up, her perspective as a CEO, and her insights from peer CEOs and colleagues, to offer a practical way for every manager, men included, to take an active role in creating more inclusive workplaces for women. She is a regular speaker at education and tech industry conferences, panels, and podcasts, and a contributor to Forbes and Fast Company.

Prior to leading PresenceLearning, Walker was the CEO of The Princeton Review where she also led its subsidiary Tutor.com, a 24/7 online, on-demand homework help service. She started her journey in education at Kaplan, where she led numerous acquisitions of companies, invested in 15+ education startups, and launched the Kaplan Techstars Edtech Accelerator. Before attending Harvard business school, Walker spent 5 years as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs.

Walker believes that leaders are responsible for creating opportunities for, and elevating the voices of, all the people they work with, and she is passionate about creating structures to support those who have been historically underrepresented in the workplace.
