Kate Kavanaugh

CEO, Western Daughters Butcher Shop

Formerly a vegetarian, Kavanaugh now owns and operates Western Daughters Butcher Shoppe in Denver, CO. Her meat is grass-fed and pasture-raised within 250 miles of Denver before the butcher shop breaks down the entire animal into cuts for customers. She's been in business three years running with two locations and hopes to add another in 2017.
