Kate Sciandra has been teaching personal and spiritual development for over twenty years. She is registered with the State of Minnesota as a minister and has had an active meditation practice since 2001. Sciandra graduated from the Australian College of Herbal Studies and is an instructor and practitioner with the Society of Ortho-Bionomy International.

Kate is an idiosyncratic, iconoclastic, and purely authentic voice in the realm of paying attention to living. Her background in everything from herbal medicine to theatrical lighting design is all fodder for her unique way of making connections between unexpected things in a way that makes it all make more sense.

She lives with a passion for making the world better one person at a time, believing fully that each one is a catalyst for larger change through ripples of genuine kindness.

Originally from Western New York, she lives in Minneapolis, MN, a place she has adopted as her home since the mid-1980s where she teaches, speaks, practices, heals, and plays with abandon.
