Ms. Katherine Lawther Krill, also known as Kay, has been the Chief Executive Officer of ANN INC. (formerly, AnnTaylor Stores Corp) since October 2005 and has been its President since November 8, 2004. Ms. Krill is responsible for all three of ANN INC.'s concepts, Ann Taylor Stores, Ann Taylor Loft, and Ann Taylor Factory Stores as well as all aspects of marketing. She served as Interim President of Ann Taylor LOFT of AnnTaylor Stores Corp. since January 22, 2007. She served as Interim Senior Executive Vice President of Merchandise and Design since January 10, 2005 and President of AnnTaylor Loft Division of AnnTaylor Stores Corp. since 2001. Ms. Krill served as Executive Vice President of Merchandise and Design of AnnTaylor Loft from 1998 to 2001 and Senior Vice President of General Merchandise Manager of AnnTaylor Loft from 1996 to 1998. She has been with AnnTaylor Corporation since 1994, when she joined as Merchandising Vice President of separates, suits, dresses and petites at Ann Taylor Stores. She led the management team of AnnTaylor Loft division since its formation as a stand-alone concept in 1996. She served as an Executive Vice President of Ann Taylor Loft since 1996. She served as Executive Vice President of Women's Operations of Hartmarx Corporation as well as President of Carroll Reed. Before that, she spent nine years at Talbots, holding various management positions. Ms. Krill has been an Executive Director of ANN INC. since November 8, 2004. She serves as a Director at National Retail Federation Inc.
