Katherine Relle is a portfolio manager and part of the investment committee at J.P. Morgan Asset Management division. The branch is responsible for allocating $26 billion of private equity investments. Relle also led the firm's 35,000 employee mentoring program, NextGen. In this role, she worked directly with the bank's operating committee and executive team, most notably CEO Jamie Dimon. In 2019, Relle was named a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree in finance.
