Katherine Woo is product lead of social good at Facebook, an online social networking service that enables its users to connect with friends and family as well as make new connections. Formerly, she was the chief product officer at Kiva.

Prior to Kiva, Woo co-founded CoupRecoup and Sofa Labs, and served Sofa Labs as the head of product. He also worked at eBay, North America and PayPal as the senior director of product strategy and operations and senior director of core consumer strategy respectively.

Woo holds a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University and an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
