Graduate of Indiana University's Certified Dental Assisting Program, she has been in the profession of dentistry for over 35 years with the last 20 focused on implant dentistry.

Co-creator of The Implant Consortium she has trained implant teams nationally as well as throughout the global dental community. Kathi is a credentialed international speaker offering both clinical and professional development programs that are always cutting-edge, engaging, informative and high energy! She is a Fellow and a founding Certified Educator of the Association of Dental Implant Auxiliaries (ADIA). Kathi is the recipient of the ADIA's Educator of the Year Award~2008.

Kathi has contributed to and co-authored several implant training manuals.

She lives in Minnesota with her husband Jeff and a blended family of 4. Besides her passion for health and wellness, she finds joy in being outside, spending time with her dogs, horseback riding, teaching martial arts, cooking, snowmobiling and traveling.
