Kathryn Kai-ling Frederick is the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at the Los Angeles Rams, where she leads all areas of marketing and media, including brand strategy, experiential, creative, game presentation, social, digital, performance analytics and content. Frederick is passionate about building brands, especially through modern digital experiences and has over 20 years of marketing experience across a variety of industries.

Prior to joining the Rams, Frederick was CMO at Live Nation Entertainment where she helped connect over 300 million global live event fans to music, theater, and sporting events through robust CRM and digital marketing and data centric programs. Earlier, she held the same position at TicketMaster, where she placed an emphasis on leveraging consumer insights and digital experiences to create effective consumer marketing with emphasis on growth and insights. She rose from Senior Vice President to Executive Vice President before being named CMO. Frederick has also held several senior roles leading digital and business transformation at brands such as Yahoo!, Modern Luxury Media and Pricegrabber.

She holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management in Strategic Management and International Strategy. She also holds an MPA in Macroeconomics and Negotiations as well as Conflict Resolution from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
