Since opening in 1996, Kathy has been instrumental in opening and maintaining 4 offices.

In 2001, RE/MAX Realty 2000 formed and alliance with another area RE/MAX Broker/Owner and now collectively have 8 office and over 350 Associates. In 2003, RE/MAX UNITED closed over $1 Billion in production.

Kathy’s recruiting efforts consistently contribute an average of 4-6 experienced Associates per month to the Company . Most recently under Kathy’s direction, RE/MAX UNITED implemented a Mentor program for training new associates with tremendous success and excellent results.

Since joining RE/MAX, Kathy has been recognized for the following by RE/MAX Carolinas, Inc:

*1997 Manager of the Year

*1998 Miracle Maker-CMN

*2000 HUSTLE Award-In acknowledgement of her efforts in building & maintaining four successful RE/MAX offices.

Most recently, Kathy has begun working with Judy LaDeur and will be training under Judy to develop and implement a Mentor/Career Development program for training new associates in the RE/MAX system.
