CEO & Chief Lifestyle Designer of Kathy Ireland Worldwide; Supermodel & Health Advocate

Kathy Ireland is best known for her successful career as a supermodel of the 1980s and 1990s, and for her entrepreneurial prowess with her design empire Kathy Ireland Worldwide (kiWW). She serves as the CEO and Chief Designer of kiWW, hosts her own TV series, and continues to influence others through her non-fiction and children's books. She also engages in advocacy work, particularly in women's health.

Scouted by Elite modeling agency at the age of 16, Ireland quickly rose to fame, appearing in Sports Illustrated's Swimsuit Issue for 13 consecutive years, as well as gracing the covers of renowned publications such as Vogue, Cosmopolitan, Harper's Bazaar, Mademoiselle, Seventeen and Mademoiselle. She founded her brand licensing company, kiWW in 1993 with a line of socks sold at Kmart. With retail sales of $3.1 billion in 2021, kiWW has led Ireland to become one of America's richest self-made women and one of the wealthiest former models in the world.

In 2022, Women's Wear Daily called Ireland's company the most valuable female-owned licensing firm in American history. That same year, she was also inducted into the Licensing Hall of Fame. Ireland's business acumen has been recognized by Forbes, with her joining the ranking of America's top 50 most successful women in 2015, and on their "50 Over 50" list in 2023.

Aside from her modeling and business pursuits, Ireland has also ventured into acting, appearing in several films and television shows, including "Melrose Place," "Boy Meets World," and "Dancing with the Stars." She hosts her own TV series, "Worldwide Business with kathy ireland®," an award winning business and health program, and "Modern Living with kathy ireland®," which air on Fox Business and Bloomberg. In 2022 Ireland also dipped her toes into the documentary world, executive producing "Anxious Nation," which examines the anxiety epidemic affecting today's youth

A devout Christian and anti-abortion advocate, Ireland is a strong supporter in the war against human trafficking, a global rights activist, and the author of several books, including "Powerful Inspirations: Eight Lessons that Will Change Your Life." Named one of the top 10 women’s health advocates in America by UCLA, Ireland supports numerous charities, including Elizabeth Taylor HIV/AIDS Foundation, Feed the Children, March of Dimes, Alliance for Christian Education, and Barbara Ireland Walk for a Cure. She is an Ambassador for the YWCA Greater Los Angeles, the Elizabeth Taylor AIDS Foundation, the Dream Foundation, the Providence Educational Foundation, 911 for Kids/AEF, and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
