As the Head ​of Experience Design​ at Airbnb, Katie led the interaction and visual designers​ defining Airbnb’s digital products and services. ​Katie helped the team craft high-quality experiences in the online and offline worlds. For her work at Airbnb, she was recognized by Fast Company as one of business’ most creative people.

Since then, Dill has hopped on over to Lyft. She is currently their VP of Design and shows no sign of slowing down. Dill understands how the complexities of design and a great design team can bring disruptive ideas from conception to completion. She is one of the now many that recognize art is inseparable from technological advancement and innovation.

Katie joined Airbnb from Greenstart ​Venture ​Design where, as a Partner and Creative Director, she worked with early-stage startups to design their user experience and brand strategy.

Prior to Greenstart, as Creative Director at frog design, Katie led strategic, multidisciplinary design programs for companies including Intel, Disney, Samsung, Dolby, and Chase Bank.

Katie's expertise includes interaction and industrial design, business strategy and user research. Katie earned her B.S. in Industrial Design at Art Center College of Design. Dill has previously taught Interaction and Industrial Design at California College of Arts.
