Emmy-winning host and opinionist Katie Nolan joined ESPN in October 2017, bringing the network her sharp, irreverent and highly knowledgeable voice on the world of sports, culture and beyond. In addition to hosting her own digital series on ESPN+ Always Late with Katie Nolan, she also hosts the Sports? with Katie Nolan original podcast, and she co-hosts SportsCenter on Snapchat. Nolan also regularly lends her perspective to ESPN studio shows and across multiple digital platforms.

Prior to her role at ESPN, Nolan hosted Fox Sports 1’s Garbage Time with Katie Nolan, which won a Sports Emmy for Outstanding Social TV Experience, and hosted a popular podcast of the same name. Nolan joined Fox Sports 1 in 2013 as a digital correspondent for the sports and pop culture show Crowd Goes Wild. Katie also produced and hosted her own FoxSports.com digital show, No Filter*, covering daily sports topics with her distinctive brand of humor. One of these videos, an unvarnished commentary on the media’s responsibility in the NFL’s handling of the Ray Rice domestic violence incident, earned her widespread praise and cemented the importance of her voice in sports media. During her tenure at Fox Sports, Nolan also served as host of the iconic series NFL Films Presents in 2016 and 2017.

Nolan began her media career in Boston, starting her own blog while bartending, and would go on to work for Guyism, part of the Fox Sports Yardbarker network. There she wrote, produced and hosted The Guyism Speed Round, a daily video series that put an unusual and humorous spin on the day’s happenings.

Originally from Framingham, Massachusetts, Nolan graduated from Hofstra University with a degree in Public Relations. In her youth, Katie was a competitive rhythmic gymnast and a Junior Olympic Gold Medalist in the sport, and will forever remain a die-hard Boston Sports fan.
