Katja Iversen is an author, keynote speaker and moderator, an awarded winning leader and executive advisor.

With a background as a leader in civil society and the UN, and as a cross-cultural leadership trainer of Fortune 500 executives, Iversen today is a high-level adviser to corporate and world leaders, and to institutions like the World Economic Forum, the United Nations, Kings College, and Women Political Leaders etc.

She has keynoted, moderated and participated in panels at the world’s largest stages, like the World Economic Forum, the United Nations, at MIT, Harvard, the World Bank, the Women Deliver conferences and the Skoll Forum, but she also very much enjoys both virtual events, and the more intimate stages and settings, where the connection to the audience is more profound. Her ability to make people listen, think, feel and act is celebrated, as is her high spirit and sense of humor, which she generously uses in her speaking assignments, whether in panel debates or keynote addresses.

She has received several awards and was included in Apolitical’s Top 20 of The World’s 100 Most Influential People in Gender Policy in 2019. In 2018 was named Dane of the Year and published her celebrated book on Women and Networking.
