Keatra Nesbitt is a Principal Solutions Engineer and Chair of the Responsible AI Team at Valkyrie, where she collaborates with clients to explore the potential of artificial intelligence and machine learning in their respective industries and develops tailored data-driven solutions to address their unique business challenges. Over the past four years, she has leveraged her strategic and data science skill set to deliver impactful products across various sectors, including the cruise line, emergency transportation, and staffing and claims management industries.

As Chair of the Responsible AI Team at the company, Nesbitt ensures that RAI practices are integrated throughout the organization and spearheads educational initiatives for both clients and colleagues. Her passion for STEM and education drives her to volunteer with Code2College, where she instructs introductory and intermediate Python courses.

A former high school math teacher, Nesbitt holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from the University of Northern Colorado and pursued further studies in Data Science at Galvanize Austin.
