Keith Cozza is the current President and CEO of Icahn Enterprises. Cozza has been in this role since 2014. The conglomerate has investments in 10 different industries: investment, automotive, energy, gaming, railcar, mining, food packaging, metals, real estate and home fashion. Cozza is also currently the chairman of the board at Xerox

Under Cozza's leadership, the company had a record net income of $2.4 billion in 2017. In 2018, Cozza was recognized as a Fortune 40 Under 40 honoree.

He is a graduate of the University of Dayton.
