Before starting her successful site, which has been featured in Elle, The New York Times, Glamour Magazine and Marie Claire, she designed embroidery for high brow fashion houses like Givenchy and Oscar de la Renta and evening wear for Naeem Khan.

Kelly has collaborated with esteemed brands such as Tiffany & Co., American Express, Luxottica, Kelly Wearstler, Yoox, Coach, Dolce & Gabbana, Christian Dior, Nate Burkes and the World Gold Council among others. She was the face of the Estee Lauder Companies brand FLIRT! Cosmetics from 2011 to mid-2012.
