VP, E-Commerce Development Domino's Pizza

Kelly Garcia has been Vice President – E-Commerce Development for Domino’s Pizza, the recognized world leader in pizza delivery and ordering technology innovation, since July 2012. Kelly leads Domino’s Digital Commerce Department, which is responsible for development of the brand’s e-commerce and mobile commerce software and for filling Domino’s emerging technology innovation pipeline. Under Kelly’s leadership, Domino’s has introduced a number of digital ordering platforms, including the voice app, Dom, which is the only voice app that allows customers to conduct a full retail transaction.

Other innovations led by Kelly and his team include ordering via the pizza emoji through Twitter, ordering through Samsung smart televisions, Android Wear and Pebble smart watches, and the Ford Sync system. In 2015, ordering through Domino’s digital platforms accounts for 50% of sales, or approximately $2 billion. Kelly joined Domino’s from RL Polk, where he was vice president of business intelligence and North American operations. While at Polk, Kelly served in a number of global application development and support roles. He was instrumental in bringing the Agile and Scrum methodologies to Polk’s B2B and BI product development processes. He was also jointly responsible for Polk’s North American product profitability, with revenues in excess of $100 million.

Prior to joining RL Polk, Kelly was manager of consulting services in the technology and supply chain sector of Capgemini, based in Chicago. While there, he provided consulting services for Ford Motor Company and Visteon.

Kelly is a graduate of The Ohio State University, and holds a degree in Computer Science and Engineering. Kelly and his wife Amy have two daughters, and they reside in Northville.
