Kelly Kleine is the Executive Director of Football Operations and Special Advisor to the General Manager of the Denver Broncos, and believed to be the highest-ranking woman in scouting in the history of the NFL. Before being hired by Denver, Kleine worked for nearly a decade for the Minnesota Vikings.

Kleine rose from public relations intern to manager of player personnel and college scout with the Vikings, covering the Midwest region for the Vikings, while also serving as the point person for all off-site scouts, handling scheduling and facilitation of pre-draft visits and coordinating Minnesota's efforts at all-star games and the NFL Scouting Combine along the way.

At the Broncos, Kleine is involved with the team's personnel department, which includes player evaluation, professional and college scouting, preparations for the NFL draft and free agency, as well as daily football administration. She oversees Denver's video and equipment departments, and serves as the primary liaison for the Broncos' football operations.
