A certified yoga instructor for over a decade, Author and Publisher; Kellye Davis is on the pulse of wellness and stress free living.

Kellye became inspired to get the word out about the growing “stress epidemic” in our society, while running her family business, teaching yoga in anxiety-ridden work environs, and owning her own yoga studio.

Her book The Bliss Principle-Easy Ways to Go from Stress to Peace (KD Publishing), covers her “go-to” solutions to de-stress to include; meditation, restorative yoga, self-care tips, environment and attitude makeovers. As a result, she leads stress management and yoga workshops for colleges, organizations and companies such as Bayer, Oxford Health Plans, MasterCard, GE Capital, and Diversified Investment to name a few.

Her stress- free lifestyle TV segments have been aired on media networks to include, NBC- NY, CBS-NY, E! Television, FOX , The RNN Network, News 12 and on international TV. Her articles on stress management can be seen in print and online in publications like; Wag, Woman’s World, Essence and Massage Magazine.

Kellye is also Publisher of Unwind, a magazine on stress -free living. Unwind magazine is a niche publication insert featured in the Westchester Business Journal newspaper.

Davis, volunteers her skills as a yoga instructor to - The Prison Project, a non-profit organization that teaches coping skills and meditation to incarcerated women.
