Ken Reeves    

Former NFL Player; Business Leader in Human Resources Roles

Ken Reeves is one of a very small number of professional athletes who has achieved the highest levels of success not only on the field, but also as a corporate executive following his playing career. Ken Reeves spent seven years in the National Football League with the Philadelphia Eagles and Cleveland Browns. He retired from the NFL after the 1991 season to begin his career as a corporate executive. He has served as vice president of human resources for Bell Helicopter, E-Z-GO, and Radio Shack Corporation. Prior to RadioShack Ken spent 12 years in the energy industry with organizations that included Dynegy, Inc., Enron, and Reliant Energy where he served in a corporate HR role. Ken attended Texas A&M University on a football scholarship and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in the college of engineering, a Masters in Human Resources Training and Development, and he is in the final stages of completing his Ph.D.

Ken serves on several boards and is also very involved in public speaking to organizations, youth groups, and public and private schools. He also currently serves as the vice president of human resources for the Fort Worth Metropolitan YMCA.
