Ken Shelton is the author of Beyond Counterfeit Leadership: A New Paradigm of Leadership, Real Success, and One-on-One with Stephen R. Covey. He has also edited and published over 60 books on business ethics, management and leadership as Editor-In-Chief of Executive Excellence Publishing. For over a decade, Ken Shelton has also provided services as a literary agent specializing in leadership books.

As a speaker and coach, Ken Shelton travels the world. He has been a featured speaker at leadership conferences in New York, Florida, California, Ohio and Georgia, and internationally at management conferences in China, Spain, Mexico, Ireland, Japan, Korea, Germany, Australia, Turkey, Ireland, Scotland, Dubai and Argentina.

Ken Shelton has been interviewed by renowned business publications, including Inc., Harvard Business Review, Business Week, Fortune, Forbes, New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Working Women, Success and Bottom Line. He has also been featured on dozens of radio and television programs worldwide.

Ken Shelton has a Master's degree from Brigham Young University and San Diego State University and has participated as a presenter in more than 100 leadership conferences and forums. He also spent four years as Assistant Director of Public Communications for Brigham Young University, where he was the CASE national editor of the year. Under his editorship, BYU Today was named "university magazine of the year."
