Mr. Kenneth Gerard Langone, also known as Ken, is a Co-Founder at Home Depot, Inc. Mr. Langone co-founded Fieldpoint Private Bank & Trust, Inc., in 2008. He is the Chief Executive Officer at Invemed Associates, Investment Arm. Mr. Langone served as the Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman of Invemed Associates Investment Arm. He is the founder of Invemed Associates, LLC and served as its Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and President since 1974. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Geeknet Inc. until March 1, 2013. He served as Interim Chief Executive Officer of Geeknet, Inc. since August 2010 and served as its Interim President. Mr. Langone is the Founder of Vantis Capital Management LLC and serves as its Chairman. He serves as the Chairman of Salem Holding Company. He served as Chairman of Geeknet, Inc. since July 8, 2010 and served as its Director from July 8, 2010 to July 17, 2015.

He has been a Director of Unifi Inc. since 1969. He has been an Independent Director of TI Automotive Ltd. since January 2008. He serves as a Member of Strategic Advisory Board at Markstone Capital Partners L.P. and Markstone Capital Group LLC. He serves as a Director of Mainstream Holdings, Inc., St. Jude Medical Inc., Geisinger Foundation, Micell Technologies Inc. and Robin Hood Foundation. He serves as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of New York University Medical School and Vice Chairman of the Board of Overseers of New York University Stern School of Business.

He serves as Vice Chairman at Center for Strategic and International Studies, Inc. Mr. Langone serves as Vice Chairman of New York University. He served as a Director of Yum! Brands, Inc. from October 7, 1997 to May 17, 2012. He served as a Director and Lead director of The Home Depot, Inc. from 1978 to May 22, 2008. He served as a Director of General Electric Company of GEFS (Suisse) AG from 1999 to April 27, 2005 and Choicepoint, Inc. since May 2000.

He served as a Director of InterWorld Corporation from 1996 to January 25, 2001, Patlex Corp. since August 20, 1996, Baby Superstore, Inc. since July 1994, NYC2012, Inc., GMIS Incorporated, DBT Online, Inc. since August 1996, Kalypsys, Inc. and NYSE Euronext Holdings, LLC.

He has a long history of participating in philanthropic endeavors and serves on several philanthropic Boards. Mr. Langone received an M.B.A. degree from the New York University’s Stern School of Business and a B.A. degree from the Bucknell University.
