Kevin Achtzener
Focuses on improving customer interaction through his Communicating for Results philosophy
Communicating for Results
How you communicate today says a lot about where you will be tomorrow. Good communication skills do not come naturally for most people, but luckily, communication skills can be learned. Kevin teaches companies how to communicate for results. He helps companies improve their interactions skills with clients for sales and service results.
Key challenges for many corporations these days are flat sales, lack of repeat sales, employee motivation issues, and customer service challenges. Kevin works with organizations to create exceptional customer interactions and more satisfied employees.
Kevin specializes in coaching first level managers to increase their productivity and job satisfaction, through communication and planning skills. He delivers concrete techniques that can be implemented immediately and inspires his audience to take on the challenges of their careers. All staff, including front line personnel, are encouraged to attend if time and resources permit.
Kevin offers two main programs:
Leadership 101 - leadership skills can be learned. Kevin focuses on two of the critical components; communication skills and productivity.
Persuasion - Client's are happiest and most loyal when their needs are being met and do not feel pressured to buy. This means never over-selling, but always over-serving the customer.
Unique Strengths Kevin Offers:
Kevin learned communication skills from the ground up - He overcame extreme shyness by focusing on communication.
Studied communication skills over the last seven years - Kevin has made a study of communication over most of the last decade of his life. He enjoys passing that knowledge on to others since he knows that people who can communicate their wishes usually develop into happy and successful people.
Given hundreds of public seminars - Kevin has spoken to thousands of people over the years and is a polished professional on the platform. He is comfortable speaking to both small and large groups.
Successfully coached many people to communication success - There is a gap between knowing and teaching. Kevin uses stories, exercises, and games to help teach his Communicating for Results philosophy.
Fun Personality - A presentation on persuasion and communication that is dull or boring would be terrible. Kevin delivers in a relaxed and playful mood. His programs are motivational, inspirational, and interactive.
Kevin brings energy, fun, and a message to the audience.
