Serving as the Managing Director of Porsche GB Ltd, Lamborghini GB Ltd, and BMW (GB) Ltd, he significantly increased profitability and led these companies to record growth.

Armed with an engineering and accounting background, his impressive tenure includes his time as the European CEO of CarsDirect and the start-up of Epyx Limited. Additionally, he served as the Group CEO of EurotaxGlass, leading its expansion into 30 countries. In 1998, Gaskell was recognized as one of the top 40 managers under 40 in the United Kingdom, affirming his exceptional leadership skills.

Gaskell holds the position of Chairman at Achilles Group Limited and Courland Automotive. He also partners in Admetam GmbH and is an associate partner in DDA Consulting International.
