In 2006, Kevin and his tenacious team of two founded Eventbrite, the intuitive platform that lets anyone create, promote, and sell tickets to events, while helping others discover events that match their passions.

Kevin began his career as a product manager, and soon after co-founded ConnectGroup, a start-up providing high-speed Internet access to the hotel industry, eventually acquired by Lodgenet (NASDAQ: LNET). He later served as Co-Founder and CEO for Xoom Corporation, an international money transfer company, servicing more than 30 countries worldwide.

He has been an active early stage investor and adviser to start-ups including PayPal, Pinterest, Lookout, Milo (acquired by eBay), TripIt (acquired by Concur (nasd: CNQR)) Flixster, Airbnb, Trulia and Yammer.

Kevin holds a BAS from Stanford University, as well as an MA from Oxford University (University College).
