Kevin E. OConnor, CSP is a veteran professional speaker who specializes in executive leadership, innovation, and organizational development. Kevin is an expert in educating and coaching professionals who are charged with leading their professional peers. He works with business executives, physicians, engineers, pharmaceutical executives, industry experts, workshop presenters, architects and other technical professionals, their peers and their staff, as well as their lay colleagues for greater effectiveness in team development, leading initiatives, and professional presentations. His major areas of focus are leadership, influence, and development of fellow professionals.

In addition to being a faculty member of the American College of Physician Executives and the American College of Healthcare Executives, Kevin teaches at Chicagos Loyola University and at Columbia College, the largest performing arts school in the United States.

Kevin has three masters degrees (an M.P.S. Spirituality, an M.A. Counseling Psychology and an M.A. Curriculum and Administration) and he is one of 570 persons in the world to hold the coveted CSP designation, Certified Speaking Professional, for speaking and presenting excellence.

Kevin is the author of five books, his latest being "Speak Up: A Woman's Guide to Presenting Like A Pro" (co-authored with Cyndi Maxey, CSP) published by St. Martin's in New York. His previous book was on professional presentations specifically for EXPERIENCED executives and he is currently working on another book on influencing those who do not report directly to you titled Present Like a Pro.

Kevin is active in the field of blindness and visual impairment being a past president of the National Association for Parents with Children Who Have Visual Impairments (NAPVI) and has contributed to four books on the subject.
