President of Marlboro College

Marlboro College’s ninth president is an internationally recognized leader and educator. Kevin joined the Marlboro community in July 2015 following service with the Peace Corps as a volunteer and country director in Thailand and as president and CEO of their global alumni organization. He has a deep appreciation for academia, with degrees from Swarthmore, National University of Ireland, Columbia, and Georgetown. Kevin has been a Woodrow Wilson Visiting Fellow at 12 liberal arts colleges, and a faculty-practitioner in international studies and management. Additional experience in international development has included service as director of public policy at the Pew Charitable Trusts, which resulted in the publication of his book, For Democracy’s Sake: Foundations and Democracy Assistance in Central Europe. He has also served in leadership roles at the Asia Society and as legislative director to U.S. Senator John Heinz, focusing on international financial and educational issues.
