He is a co-founder of MongoDB, Business Insider, Gilt Groupe, Zola, Nomad Health, Pearl Health, and Transcend Therapeutics. As CEO of AlleyCorp, he actively launches new ventures and invests in early stage companies. Ryan's entrepreneurial journey began with DoubleClick, where he ascended to CEO, leading its transformation into a global leader before its acquisition by Google.

Beyond entrepreneurship, Ryan has been a civic leader in New York, serving on various state commissions and boards, including advising on wage policies and transportation initiatives.
