Beechner's love for food and drinks began with an early career in the service industry and her travels around the world. Her experience bartending, serving, and managing in restaurants and bars allowed her the opportunity to get up close and personal with food and cocktails, while really exploring the concept of great customer service. Additionally, her travels have allowed her to experience a variety of cultural dining experiences and culinary treats.

This experience, combined with her educational background in International Business, Marketing and Communications made for the unique niche that is Embark Marketing. Beechner received both her Undergraduate and Masters degrees from the University of Incarnate Word.

As the owner of Embark Marketing, Beechner and her team, work with several food and beverage based businesses across Texas to increase brand awareness through digital marketing & public relations.
