Kimberlee Rowett is a freelance healthcare public speaker focusing on patient and consumer education, putting her 11 years of experience as a nurse, 17 years of experience in healthcare, her master’s degree in nursing, master’s degree in business administration, and doctorate degree in nurse (ABD) to work. Most recently, Rowett has directed the TeleOncology program at Intermountain Health, providing cancer and hematology care to rural patients throughout the states of Utah, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Nevada, and soon in Alaska, Colorado, New Mexico, and Arizona.

Her passion for telehealth has encouraged the publication of articles and posters discussing the importance of rural cancer care via telehealth technology. Her career mission is to influence the healthcare system at large by empowering patient engagement in their healthcare journey, utilizing creative and innovate ideas to address patients’ health in a holistic approach, to ultimately improve the healthcare experience, environment, and culture for the better.
