Kimberley Doyle    

Keynote Speaker; Consultant; Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Expert

Kimberley Doyle currently serves as a Senior Director and Consultant for Catalyst, a leading research and consulting non-profit focused on advancing women in the workplace.

In her current role, she supports Fortune 500 companies across the United States in building diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplaces. She develops and counsels these organizations in expanding opportunities for women by connecting them with Catalyst resources, research, experts, and events. Doyle is also responsible for overseeing business development across the United States to increase revenue and brand awareness.

Additionally, Doyle is a frequent speaker for corporate audiences on a broad range of topics including unconscious bias, inclusive leadership, inclusive communication, engaging men as champions of inclusion, and women in STEM.

Prior to joining Catalyst, Doyle consulted for Mogul Inc., an award-winning social media platform for millennial women. The company was named one of the Top Startups to Watch by Entrepreneur and one of the Best Websites for Finding Top Talent for Women by Inc Magazine. Her prior experience also includes the Hillary Clinton 2016 Presidential Campaign where she supported activities related to the development of policy on domestic and international women’s issues. In addition, she spent ten years in events, marketing, sales, management, customer service, and executive engagement across the public, nonprofit, and private sectors. She worked for J.P. Morgan, the U.S. Fund for UNICEF, the United Nations, the U.S. House of Representatives, and Vital Voices Global Partnership.

Doyle holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Georgetown University, where she also received a Master’s degree concentrating in Gender and Women’s Leadership. She also speaks fluent French and Spanish, and has lived in the UK and Spain.
