Kimberly Byers is an expert in user experience design. She currently serves as the head of product, user experience and design for AAA, a position she has held since April 2017.

Prior to beginning her position with AAA, Byers worked for VIOLET GREY as the Vice President of Product. For five years, she worked as the group head of user experience at NET-A-PORTER in London, creating and managing the brand's first UX team.

She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology, specializing in behavior modification and a master's degree in human-computer interaction.
