Founder of European Women in VC, The First Women-Founded and Run Venture Capital Firm in Europe

Kinga Stanislawska is the General Partner and Founder of Experior Venture Fund (EVF), recognized as the first women-founded and run venture capital firm in Europe. With over 20 years of experience in investments, banking, and finance, Kinga has made significant contributions to the industry.

Before founding EVF, Kinga was the Global Head of TMT at Raiffeisen Investment in Vienna. She began her banking career at Salomon Smith Barney (Citigroup, London) and later became a Manager in the Equity Capital Markets team at ING Barings, focusing on the EMEA region. Earlier, she served as a Principal Banker at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (London and Warsaw), where she led investment and financing projects in the TMT and infrastructure sectors. She also supervised selected assets of EBRD’s equity portfolio as a Supervisory Board member.

Stanislawska is also the Vice President of the Polish PE/VC Funds Association (PSIK) and serves on the supervisory boards of publicly listed companies as an independent board member. She is an advocate for women-led companies, mentoring through Vital Voices and the Foundation for Women Entrepreneurship. She founded the European Women in VC platform to increase the number of female partners in venture funds across Europe, currently featuring 19 country ambassadors in Europe and Israel.

In addition to her venture capital work, Stanislawska is a member of the European Innovation Council - High Level Group and serves on the Advisory Board to the European Commission’s European Innovation Council, advising EU Commissioner Mariya Gabriel on innovation. She has been recognized as one of the TOP 50 most influential women in the start-up, venture capital, and tech space by EU Startups and Forbes.

Stanislawska also founded Lumi Partners and has been an active board member for various private and public companies. She is an Investment Committee member at three VC funds and previously served on the board and Investment Committee of the European Innovation Council (Fund), overseeing a budget of €10 billion. Additionally, she has been a management board member of the Polish VC Association.
