Wellness The Answer to Productivity Challenges

Employees in today's workforce are flooded with an abundance of health strains, demanding schedules, endless meetings, and societal pressure resulting in limited time to focus on proper exercise, nutrition, and mental health. Over a third of adults in the U.S. are overweight and engage in no physical activity. This is affecting health, productivity, and your bottom line. Studies have shown that increasing the amount of time people move and meditate– even just a little – can have enormous benefits for your workplace and improve the overall health of your employees. Understanding that a company's biggest asset are its people, Koya speaks to how people can use the foundation of happiness and fulfillment for employee's holistic wellness.
