Kristi Lauren is an award-nominated actress best known for her role in the television show I Hate My Teenage Daughter.

Lauren began acting professionally in 2004 in the short film Save Virgil. In 2006, she had a role in the film Living the Dream starring Sean Young. As well, she co-starred in Melora Hardin's directorial debut film You. She has also guest starred in the series Wizards of Waverly Place and Working Class.

From 2011–12, she co-starred as Sophie Watson on the Fox sitcom I Hate My Teenage Daughter. Lauren also guest starred in the television series Hawaii Five-0 as Amanda Harper in 2013 and the 2014 film Endless Love.

She has starred in multiple web-based projects including the comedy Eighty-Sixed, #THISISCOLLEGE, and Mimosas with #Millie, which has been nominated at several festivals including Vancouver Web Fest DC Web Fest, and LA Web Fest. The series has been nominated for Best Comedy, and Lauren has been nominated for Best Ensemble Cast as well as Best Actress.
