Kristina DiPalo

Leadership Coach, Communications Strategist & Founder of Elysian Communications

Kristina DiPalo decided to strike out on her own over a decade ago after a long, productive, and engaging career working for major financial services and biopharma companies. She has always loved the challenge of a new situation- so it was a perfectly natural thing to do.

She formed her firm, Elysian Communications, to help companies and leaders navigate successfully through complex change including mergers and acquisitions, cultural evolutions, corporate narrative development and the positioning of leaders to be thoughtful stewards of change. She loved her work and loved working with her clients.

Then an opportunity came along DiPalo could not resist – to become a leadership coach. After a thorough, multi-month training program, she began to support senior and emerging leaders who wanted to address the issues preventing them from peak performance. Working with professionals who want to evolve, who want to challenge themselves and their career trajectories, was enriching for DiPalo. In support of her clients, she obtained her certification as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the largest professional coaching body in the world. In addition, she co-facilitates a coach training program that helps new coaches develop their skills and learn the true art of coaching. Over the years she has helped scores of people discover how to manage change with confidence and grace.

Public speaking is another path DiPalo could not resist. Never afraid to be in front of a room full of people, she understood the responsibility and joy of bringing new insight and perspective to others. Evolving this love into a speaking platform that explores life’s most challenging professional and personal transitions is another enriching facet of her work.

DiPalo's goal is to bring new thinking to the challenge of staying engaged in the world and support people and organizations experiencing periods of change and transition. It is simply what she loves to do.
