Kristina Salen is the Chief Financial Officer of World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). Before this, Salen served as Chief Financial Officer of Moda Operandi, Inc., an online luxury retail and fashion platform, since February 2019. Previously, Ms. Salen served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Translations Enterprises, LLC, an artist services company, from July 2017 to October 2018. Prior to that, Ms. Salen served as Chief Financial Officer of Etsy, Inc., an online marketplace, from 2013 until 2017. Prior to Etsy, Ms. Salen led the media, Internet, and telecommunications research group of FMR LLC d/b/a Fidelity Investments, a multinational financial services company, from January 2006 to January 2013.

During her time as CFO of Etsy, the company grew from $895m in gross sales to $3b. She oversaw business development, strategic planning, investor relations, data analytics, internal & external reporting, tax, internal controls and human resources, and I scaled these teams

Before joining Etsy, Salen led Fidelity Investments' media, Internet, and telecommunications group for seven years. While at Fidelity, Salen led "tens of billions of dollars" worth of investments in companies like Google, eBay, Amazon, Spotify, and Hubspot.

Salen has also held several financial and executive roles at Oppenheimer Capital, Merrill Lynch, Lazard Freres, and SBC Warburg.

Salen received her MBA in finance from Columbia University in 2003 and was designated a Fulbright scholar for her work in political science and economics that same year.
