Kyle Hill

Co-Founder, HomeHero

Kyle is the founder/CEO of HomeHero, the largest and fastest-growing senior home care marketplace in the country. HomeHero has provided over 1 million hours of care to thousands of families nationwide and was named the #1 Employment Website at the Webby Awards in 2014.

Kyle started HomeHero after observing the devastating process his father went through finding trusted caregivers for his 98-year-old grandmother, and dedicated his life to fixing one of the biggest problems of our generation.

Before HomeHero, Kyle was an equity analyst at Robert W Baird & Co. In 2010 he left the world of finance to start a web development and design firm called Kaleazy Creative, building online and mobile experiences for hundreds of digital companies. In 2011 he launched Flowtab, a mobile ordering and payments app for hospitality venues, and scaled the business to 3 cities. In 2013 he open sourced Flowtab so he could focus his attention on HomeHero.

Kyle has appeared on CNN, NPR, Fortune, Forbes, TechCrunch, Huffington Post, Wall Street Journal, This Week in Startups (TWiST), Business Rockstars, KTLA and ABC's Shark Tank. He actively speaks at healthcare and technology events worldwide. In 2015 he was named to the 20 in their 20’s list by the LA Business Journal. He also serves as an Alumni Board Member at Pomona College, the #1 ranked liberal arts college in the country.

Kyle is an avid soccer player, triathlete, scuba diver and design snob with a passion for marketplaces, photography and clean, minimalist design. He enjoys meeting other highly-motivated entrepreneurs, especially in the health care space.
